Frank Ocean to soundtrack an episode of Gossip Girl

In a turn of events that will undoubtedly cause Tumblr to implode, Frank Ocean is set to soundtrack next week’s episode of Gossip Girl.

The episode, set to air in the U.S. on Monday 12 November, will feature Channel Orange highlights ‘Sweet Life’, ‘Thinkin Bout You’, ‘Pyramids’ and ‘Lost’.

Rather aptly, it will also feature the track ‘Super Rich Kids’, which includes the refrain: “Super rich kids with nothing but fake friends”.

It will be the first time Ocean’s music has been used on a TV show.
