Four Tet shares new albums Parallel and 871
Four Tet has returned with not just one, but two surprise albums - Parallel and 871.
To celebrate Christmas, Four Tet, real name Kieran Hebden, released two surprise albums - Parallel and 871 - which followed his March full-length Sixteen Oceans.
871 landed on Christmas Eve (24 December), and features 20 tracks recorded between August 1995 and January 1997. Parallel arrived 24 hours later and featured 10 tracks.
Earlier this month Four Tet released "Road Of The Lonely Ones" with Madlib, the first taster of their Sound Ancestors album that's due for release next month.
As well as working with Madlib, Hebden linked with Thom Yorke and Burial on double A-side single "Her Revolution" and "His Rope" earlier this month.
