Four Tet, Jarvis Cocker & more to feature on Indian charity albums
Scottish label, Transgressive North have announced a new project called “Everything Is New”, which will release two albums next January to raise money for children in need in Southeast India.
One of the release, BOATS is a two-part compilation featuring the likes of Four Tet, Rustie, No Age, Deerhoof, Dan Deacon, White Hinterland, Taken By Trees, Gang Gang Dance, YACHT and Lucky Dragons.
The second will be an album by the band Marram, seeing guest spots from Pulp’s Jarvis Cocker, Owen Pallett, Trainspotting author Irvine Welsh and others.
