
Fontaines DC pull out of Latitude after band member tests positive for COVID-19
Fontaines DC have shared a statement revealing they're cancelling a Lincoln show and their appearance at Latitude Festival this weekend after a band member tested positive for COVID-19.
The Grammy-nominated group were set to play Latitude Festival on Saturday (24 July), but this afternoon Fontaines DC announced that the band and crew have had to self-isolate after a band member tested positive for COVID-19.
Fontaines DC wrote, "We regret to announce that during routine testing, a band member tested positive for Covid-19 this morning. Band and crew are now self-isolating."
"Therefore we sadly have to cancel our show in Lincoln tonight and our appearance at Latitude Festival this Saturday," the band continued. "We were really looking forward to it but we will see you all again soon."

Alfie Templeman has also cancelled his Latitude Festival performance this weekend after testing positive for the virus. Sports Team will replace Templeman's slot on Saturday (24 July).
He wrote onn Twitter, "Gutted to announce that unfortunately I’m no longer able to play Tramlines or Latitude this week as I’ve recently contracted COVID. I’m currently recovering in isolation dreaming about the rest of the wonderful gigs that we have in store for you this year!"
