Last night saw Flying Lotus begin his BBC Radio 1 residency and he did it in style.
Among the offerings on his first show was a new cut from Thundercat, an edit of his Kendrick Lamar collab "Never Catch Me", plus unreleased tracks from the man himself. FlyLo also found the time to interview jazz legend and recent collaborator Herbie Hancock.
Listen to the show in full via the BBC website.
The electronic musician's new album You're Dead came out in October 2014. Read the Best Fit review here.
