Florence + the Machine releasing new song "Light of Love" for charity tomorrow
Florence + the Machine are releasing an unused track from High As Hope, "Light of Love", tomorrow (17 April) and will be donating all proceeds to the Intensive Care Society.
"Light of Love" will be the first release from Florence + the Machine since releasing Lungs demo tracks "Donkey Kosh" and "My Best Dress" for the album's 10th anniversary last summer.
Announcing the new single on Instagram, Florence Welch writes, ""Light of Love" is an unreleased song from High as Hope, it never made it to the record, but I thought I would release it at midnight tonight, as a little token of my love."
Welch adds, "And to raise awareness for the Intensive Care Society, (Link in bio) which provides care and support for the incredible doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals on the front line of this crisis. I will be donating all of my income from this song to the Intensive Care Society."
