Florence and The Machine look set to announce new album and single
Florence and The Machine appear to be on the verge of announcing third album after an iTunes error and an exclusive listening party.
It's being reported that last night (9 February), at Les Trois Garcons restaurant in Shoreditch, Florence Welch hosted and exclusive friends and family listening party - The xx, Jessie Ware and more were in attendance - playing new tracks from her album, including "Ship To Wreck", "Caught", "Delilah" and rumoured new single "What Kind Of Man".
Welch's last album, Ceremonials, was released in 2011.
DIY also noted that "last night, a banner advertising the new album on UK iTunes appeared online before being promptly deleted, suggesting a big announcement is due in the next couple of days."
Welch's website has had an overhaul, displaying the new logo for the album.
Odds on Welch & Co. headlining Glastonbury have been slashed in the wake of this news, with Paddy Power giving 8/1 chances.
