
Fleet Foxes join Iceland Airwaves line-up; will play two shows at Reykjavík event
Fleet Foxes have joined the Iceland Airwaves line-up and will play two shows at the event, as part of their 2017 comeback.
The band will perform at the Eldborg room in Harpa on Friday 3 November and Saturday 5 November. Tickets for the Friday show can be bought separately for ther shows via tix.is and Saturday tickets will handed out that day at Harpa Media Center from 3pm for Iceland Airwaves ticket holders on a first come, first served basis.
Another fifteen names are also announced for the event including Best Fit One to Watch JFDR, Bella Union signings Mammút and last year's Músíktilraunir winners Hórmónar.
Also to play are: Billy Bragg, Childhood, Cyber, Hildur, Alexander Jarl, KÁ-AKÁ, Lido Pimienta, Lonely Parade, Mammút, Shame, Sturla Atlas and Tófa. They join the previously announced Arab Strap, Ásgeir, Auður, Be Charlotte, Soffía Björg, Benjamin Clementine, Emmsje Gauti, GKR, Glowie, Gurr, Hatari, Hugar, Daniel OG, Kelly Lee Owens, RuGl, Emiliana Torrini & The Colorist and Xylouris White.
