Fischerspooner announce split
Electroclash duo Fischerspooner have announced their split on Instagram.
Fischerspooner returned last year with their first album in 10 years, Sir, and yesterday (30 October) the duo revealed there will be no more Fischerspooner music.
They announced their split on Instagram yesterday (30 October) with a post stating, "Fischerspooner is dead long live Fischerspooner." They captioned the post: "THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING."

The duo, made up of Warren Fischer and Casey Spooner, formed Fischerspooner in 1998 as a performance art project in NYC.
Last year's album was produced by R.E.M.'s Michael Stipe, and saw Fischerspooner collaborate with Caroline Polachek, Johnny Magee, Andy LeMaster, and Holly Miranda.
