Swedish folk-pop duo First Aid Kit have lit the taper on new number "Fireworks", the latest preview of upcoming LP Ruins.
Ruins follows 2014 LP Stay Gold. Sisters Johanna and Klara Söderberg have already given tracks "It's A Shame" and "Postcard" proper unveilings. This doo-woppy tune glides through the ether with waltzing rhythms, rolling percussion, and effervescent coos - it's a vintage charmer with warmth in spades.
Earlier this year the pair released rocking single "You Are The Problem Here" to mark International Women's Day, but that track doesn't appear on the final tracklist for Ruins.
Tracklist:
- Rebel Heart
- It’s A Shame
- Fireworks
- Postcard
- To Live A Life
- My Wild Sweet Love
- Distant Star
- Ruins
- Hem Of Her Dress
- Nothing Has To Be True
Ruins is released 19 January 2018 via Columbia.
