Feist to play Calgary flood relief concert

Canadian songwriter Feist is set to perform a charity concert next week to aid those affected by the recent floods in her hometown of Calgary late last month.
The city was hit by torrential rain and severe floods at the end of June, with widespread damage ensuing. Now, the Calgary native will chip in with the recovery effort by playing at at the Shaw Amphitheatre in Banff, Alberta on 7 August.
All proceedings from the show will be donated to the relief cause, as will the money made from an Ebay auction the musician is currently offering up.
