Father John Misty's love advice is probably the best-worst you'll hear this year

He provides some handy hints for the lovelorn, solving problems like bad first dates and a flirty ex.

Among his top tips, Misty solves the age-old conundrum of who should pay for the dinner: "I think if it’s true love, then you should just dine and dash. It’s far more romantic and egalitarian."
