Fans reckon Taylor Swift will release a third surprise album
Fans of Taylor Swift reckon she's got a third surprise album up her sleeve, and have shared their theories online.
Last Friday (11 December) Swift released her ninth album Evermore, a sister record to July's surprise eighth album Folklore.
Evermore saw Swift work with Folklore collaborators Jack Antonoff, Aaron Dessner and Justin Vernon of Bon Iver, and featured new collaborations with Haim and The National.
Over the weekend fans of Swift started drawing connections between her social media posts and her recent music and merchandise, with many believing that there's a third surprise album on the way.
As NME and Pop Buzz report, one of the theories relates to the word 'Woodvale', which is hidden on the cover art of the hide-and-seek deluxe version of Folklore. Fans have also discovered that a property titled Woodvale has recently been sold near the Winderme area of the Lake District, which Swift sings about on Folklore bonus track "The Lakes", "Take me to the lakes where all the poets went to die / I don't belong, and my beloved, neither do you / Those Windermere peaks look like a perfect place to cry / I'm setting off, but not without my muse."
so last song is "it's time to go" then she maybe gonna drop the "woodvale"

Another theory comes from Swift's recent merchandise, specifically the cardigans. Fans are noting that there's three different colour variations of her cardigan available on her site, two of which correspond with the colours of her Evermore and Folklore covers. Fans believe the third cardigan will reflect the colours of a surprise third album.
the cardigans; first of all there’s 3. they do correspond so far to the album covers. if teal is folklore, and beige is evermore, woodvale is the white/grey aesthetic. not only is there 3 stars on the cardigan sleeve, there’s 3 different stars you get with any order.they match also pic.twitter.com/LwBE23Q8eQ

There's also an interesting hint (or glitch?) from Spotify. When 'Woodvale' is typed into the search bar, the top artist result is Swift, with links to both her surprise albums.
