Ezra Furman releases Sex Education: Songs from Season 3 EP
Ezra Furman has released new EP Sex Education: Songs from Season 3, which features some original songs recorded for the hit Netflix show that's also out today (17 September).
Today (17 September) the third season of Netflix's Sex Education series has been released, and much like the previous seasons, Ezra Furman has recorded some new songs for the latest season.
Furman has released a new EP to mark the release of the third season today, which includes three new songs recorded for the show as well as two Ezra Furman & The Harpoons tracks released in 2011.
Furman says of the EP, "The release of this show feels like a triumph. There were so many obstacles to making art during the pandemic. Nonetheless, my three bandmates and I found a way, in late summer 2020, to collaborate with Oli and the Sex Education team, partly in person and partly across long distances, to play a small part in making another season of a great, original and vital TV show. I’m proud of this music and I feel so lucky to be involved in Sex Education. Now let’s all watch and root for the queers."
