Ezra Furman plays last minute covers set at End of the Road Festival
Ezra Furman wowed lucky End of the Road punters tonight with an unannounced covers set in the intimate Tipi Tent.
Announcing that, "as the festival hasn't started yet, we can do the fuck what we want" the Illinois singer-songwriter and his band The Boyfriends rattled through an hour of era-spanning classics from the likes of Jackie Wlson, Madonna, The Clash, Beck, Weezer, Bruce Springsteen and Arcade Fire.
