Ezra Collective link with Novelist on new track "More Than A Hustler"
Ezra Collective have joined forces with Novelist on new song "More Than A Hustler", marking the group's first new material in over a year.
"More Than A Hustler" follows Ezra Collective's November 2020 single "Quest For Coin II" featuring JME and Swindle, and sees them unite with Novelist for the first time.
Bandleader Femi Koleoso says of the collaboration, "The marriage of grime and jazz started for us when we’d play covers of JME instrumentals. That journey continued with "Quest For Coin II", and this latest instalment features an MC who, like us, has a deep love for pushing the boundaries of music. "More Than A Hustler" is the tale of how we are consistently on the quest for greatness, and how we are more than just that journey - way more."
They're yet to follow up their 2019 debut LP You Can't Steal My Joy.
"More Than A Hustler" marks Novelist's first new outing since appearing on Big Zuu's "Offline" with JME.
