Ex-S.C.U.M members Huw Webb, Melissa Rigby and Bradley Baker return with a new band and a new video.
After the split of their previous band back in January, and following an inspiring trip to Dusseldorf to see their favourite band Kraftwerk play a homecoming show, the band decided to reform as Astral Pattern minus singer Thomas Cohen and keyboardist Samuel Kilcoyne in early 2013.
The band isn’t just lighter in personnel but also musically, making a big leap from post-punk to dreampop. ’Faraway’ is taken from their new EP Light Poems.
The band play their debut london show at the Shacklewell Arms tonight with a Horrors DJ set.
