Everything Everything are clearly in the weekend mood already; they've shared a clubby rework of latest single "Distant Past" by Alex Metric.
Filled with dancefloor synths and hip-swinging ratatats, it's a lurch away from indie-pop smoothness and the throbbing swells of Club Med dance. The track is taken from Everything Everything's upcoming album Get To Heaven, their follow up to 2013's Arc.
Get To Heaven will be released 15 June on RCA Records.
