Emeli Sandé links with Jaykae on new song "Look What You've Done"
Emeli Sandé has teamed up with Birmingham rapper Jaykae on her new single "Look What You've Done".
After making her return last month with "Family", Sandé has unveiled a new Jaykae collaboration titled "Look What You've Done", which is self-produced.
Sandé says of the new release, ""Look What You’ve Done" marks a big milestone for me. It’s my first release that I have produced and it feels so good to have my full creative fingerprint on it. I first wrote this song in Switzerland, sat at my piano staring out at a gorgeous lake surrounded by beautiful snow tipped mountains. The song is about the complete surrender we experience when falling in love and explores the euphoria which accompanies that loss of control in both mind and body. It’s been a true pleasure working with Jaykae and I’m so happy he jumped on the track! His flow, word play and delivery are phenomenal, he’s added something so very special! I hope it makes people fall in love, dream and of course dance!"
She's yet to follow up her 2019 album Real Life.
