Eliza Shaddad announces new single "Girls" and headline show for Big Indie Autumn Sessions
Eliza Shaddad has announced a new single "Girls" arriving later this month, as well as sharing details of a new headline show at Pop Brixton for Big Indie Autumn Sessions in partnership with The Line Of Best Fit.
"Girls" will be Shaddad's first new offering since her 2018 debut album Future, and her cover of No Doubt's "Don't Speak" that landed in February.
The new single will be released later this month on Big Indie Records. Shaddad says of the new track, "It lays bare how scary it was, standing on the sidelines, growing older, watching someone deal with some insanely hard human experiences, unable to find a way to connect with them about it."
It's also the first offering that will be shared from Shaddad's forthcoming EP.
Alongside news of Shaddad's upcoming single, the singer/songwriter will headline a free show next month at London's Pop Brixton for Big Indie Autumn Sessions in partnership with The Line Of Best Fit. Prima Queen has been confirmed as one of the support acts, with the other still to be announced.
The forthcoming show is the second partnership between Big Indie Records and The Line Of Best Fit, after July's debut show with Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard.
