Ed Sheeran unveils comeback single "Bad Habits"
Ed Sheeran has released his highly-anticipated comeback single "Bad Habits".
After announcing his comeback single by projecting the title and single artwork on multiple London landmarks earlier this month, Sheeran has unveiled the full track and the accompanying Dave Meyers-directed video that sees Sheeran as a vampire.
The new song was co-written and co-produced with longtime collaborators Johnny McDaid ("Shape of You") and FRED (No.6 Collaborations Project).
Sheeran says of the new release, "Feels great to be back with my new single. I wanted the video for "Bad Habits" to play on the nature of habits in a fantastical way so I decided on vampires. It was mega fun getting into character except for the heights (that wasn’t so fun). Enjoy x"
"Bad Habits" follows December 2020's "Afterglow", but marks Sheeran's first official outing since his 2019 No.6 Collaborations Project.
