Ed Sheeran, Tom Odell, Emeli Sandé and more to play ITV's Concert for Ukraine
Ed Sheeran, Tom Odell, Emeli Sandé and more have joined the line-up for ITV's Concert for Ukraine fundraising event that takes place in Birmingham next week.
ITV's Concert for Ukraine will feature performances from Ed Sheeran, Tom Odell, Emeli Sandé, Camila Cabello, Nile Rodgers and Chic, Manic Street Preachers, Gregory Porter and Snow Patrol, and is set to take place at Birmingham's Resorts World Arena next week.
The benefit show will see ITV donate money raised from the event to the Disasters Emergency Committee's (DEC) Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
Sandé said of the fundraising concert, "I will be singing to try to help every human being forced to flee their home."
She also added that her performance will be "in solidarity with those being racially discriminated against even within this humanitarian crisis."
ITV reports that each performance will be teamed with short films reflecting the ongoing war and relieff efforts. Viewers will also be encouraged to donate to the DEC throughout the event.
