Echo Lake unveil new track "Dröm" and announce
Echo Lake have revealed a new track from forthcoming LP Era called "Dröm", and announced a London album launch.
"Dröm" means 'dream' in Swedish, and it's pretty evident why the shoe-pop outfit have opted to slap that label on the noise. Welding together shimmering guitars that slowly sharpen and soften, alongwith a kraut-tinged motorik, Echo Lake have made a somnambulant cut that lulls you into a drowsy state of blissed-out euphoria. It's immensely psychedelic, and immensely enticing.
The band will play an Era launch show at the Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen on 12 March, and they'll throw a homecoming party at Birmingham's Hare & Hounds a week later on 19 March.
Era is released 2 March through No Pain In Pop.
