Easy Life announce new album with Kevin Abstract collaboration "DEAR MISS HOLLOWAY"
Easy Life have announced their second album MAYBE IN ANOTHER LIFE…, and have joined forces with Kevin Abstract for the new single "DEAR MISS HOLLOWAY".
"DEAR MISS HOLLOWAY" sees Easy Life collaborate with BROCKHAMPTON's Kevin Abstract, and follows last month's "BEESWAX" single.
Lead vocalist Murray Matravers connected with Kevin Abstract online before meeting in LA and playing each other their unreleased music, which led to Abstract wanting to add a verse to "DEAR MISS HOLLOWAY" right there. Matravers says that the song is "the cornerstone of the second easy life album," and adds, "Kevin raps about expectations versus reality, choice and regret. Thematically, "DEAR MISS HOLLOWAY" opened up this whole world, and the desire for us as a band to create a world that was better than the one we inhabited at the time."
MAYBE IN ANOTHER LIFE… will follow their 2021 debut album Life's A Beach, and features 15 songs in total. The tracklist is yet to be revealed.
