DZ Deathrays have returned with news of their fourth record Positive Rising: Part 1, alongside revealing the lead single "IN-TO-IT".
"IN-TO-IT" lands after the Australian group - now a trio since recruiting long-term live guitarist Lachlan Ewbank - wrapped their 10 year anniversary tour.
Their forthcoming record Positive Rising: Part 1 will follow on from last year's Bloody Lovely.
It was written over a two-week period in LA, and features Matt Caughthran of The Bronx, Kirsty Tickle of Exhibitionist, as well as a song co-written with Kim Moyes of The Presets. The album is produced and mixed by Miro Mackie (St Vincent, Cold War Kids, Waax).
Tracklist:
- Hi Everyone
- Still No Change
- IN-TO-IT
- A Lot To Lose
- Hypercolour
- Snakes
- Nightmare Wrecker
- Year Of The Dog
- Silver Lining
"IN-TO-IT" is out now. DZ Deathrays' Positive Rising: Part 1 album drops 30 August via Alcopop! Records. They play London's Camden Underworld on 8 October. Find out more.
