
Dylan Brady's Cake Pop band announce new album with opening single "Black Rum"

Cake Pop, a new group led by 100 gecs' Dylan Brady and featuring Aaron Cartier, Ravenna Golden, Lewis Grant, Pritty, Robel Ketema, Kevin Bedford, and Adam Newcomer, have announced their Cake Pop 2 album with the opening track "Black Rum".
"Black Rum" is the first single of 2021 from Cake Pop, a band formed by Dylan Brady of 100 gecs and featuring friends and collaborators from St. Louis, Missouri, and is teamed with a Weston Allen-directed video with a concept by Brady.
The new single is the opening track from the band's Cake Pop 2 album, which features music made over the space of four years before being recorded during a four-day jam session.
