Ducktails airs dizzy '80s pop jam "Light A Candle"
Ducktails has today shared heady single "Light A Candle", a new track from upcoming full-length Jersey Devil.
This latest jam arrives in the wake of "Map To The Stars", which arrived earlier this month - both tracks are teasers of Matt Mondanile's sixth Ducktails record, and his first since 2015's St. Catherine.
"Light A Candle" picks up where "Map To The Stars" left off, with late-night, neon-lit electronics tossed across Mondanile's signature croon and woozy pop melee. It's a glossy venture that has Ducktails swept up in a hurricane of hooks - this is a track that's destined to linger in your ears for days and days and days.
Mondanile is set to play a handful of UK shows this autumn as part of a wider European tour. Asian and North American dates are also scheduled - find out the full info.
