Dua Lipa returns with disco banger "Don't Start Now"
Dua Lipa has returned with her funky new track "Don't Start Now".
"Don't Start Now" is Dua Lipa's first new single since releasing "Swan Song" in January.
It's also the first glimpse of Dua Lipa's forthcoming second album.
Dua Lipa says of her new single, "I chose to put this song out first so I could close one chapter of my life and start another. Into a new era with a new sound! It’s about moving on and not allowing anyone to get in the way of that. It also felt like a natural first song choice as I made it with the brilliant same crew I made "New Rules" with."
Last month, Ed Millett of TaP Management said to Variety about Dua Lipa's second album, "It’s more upbeat and dance-y with a disco element - there are no ballads."
For her new record, Dua Lipa has been working with Pharrell Williams, Nile Rodgers, Diplo, and Tove Lo.
