Dua Lipa, Chris Martin and Anne-Marie unite for charity cover of Foo Fighters' "Times Like These"
Dua Lipa, Coldplay's Chris Martin, Anne-Marie, and many others have united for BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge charity single, which is a cover of Foo Fighters' "Times Like These".
Coldplay's Chris Martin, Rita Ora, AJ Tracey, Bastille, Sigrid, Sam Fender, Ellie Goulding, Jess Glynne, Paloma Faith, Celeste, Dermot Kennedy, and others have contributed to the charity single, which will see all proceeds donated to Children in Need and Comic Relief.
The Stay Home Live Lounge includes performances from artists that are recorded in their own homes. The track is produced by Fraser T Smith, who chose to utilise pots, pans and acoustic guitars for the recording.
According to BBC, Dua Lipa expressed that she is "so proud" to be one of the artists involved, and Ellie Goulding said she was "honoured to join such a great lineup".
International funds raised from the Live Lounge single will be donated to WHO's COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.
