Dua Lipa launches Service95: "I want to help give young people the tools to make a difference"
Dua Lipa has announced Service95, a global style, culture, and society "concierge service" that will feature a weekly newsletter and podcast.
Service95 is inspired by Dua Lipa's habit of curating extensive recommendations lists, and will include a weekly newsletter that will give tips about under the radar hotspots, up-and-coming artists, travel tips and more through a series of lists, recommendations, stories, thoughts and conversations.
Dua Lipa said, "I find huge joy in telling people what I’ve learned about in any given city and love finding connection in our shared experiences. Service95 is going to take that idea and bring it to anyone who’s as curious as I am about life."
Speaking to Vogue, Dua Lipa said, "For young people, looking at the news can be quite intense. You want to help but you don’t really know how to help. I want to help give young people the tools to make a difference."
There will also be a companion podcast to the newsletter titled At Your Service, which, according to Vogue, will feature appearances from "grassroots activists" and "Dua’s A-list friends". Dua Lipa said of the podcast, "It’s very interesting being on the other side of the interview! All the guests I’m speaking to have very inspiring stories, and hopefully [as listeners], you will learn something about yourself."
In a press release, she added, "Though a lot of my guests have done their fair share of talking, I want to go deeper with them. Not only am I probing them about the things I’m most curious about, I’m also treating them like the experts they are."
Service95 is a free weekly newsletter that will cover everything from little-known hotspots to up-and-coming artists and travel tips. Service95 will serve up a considered curation of lists, recommendations, stories, information, thoughts, perspectives, and conversations +
