Du Blonde previews new album with third single "Pull The Plug"
Du Blonde has released new track "Pull The Plug" as a third preview of her forthcoming album Homecoming.
"Pull The Plug", which Du Blonde says is "the first track on the album and one of my faves", follows earlier singles "I'm Glad That We Broke Up" featuring Ezra Furman and "Medicated" featuring Garbage's Shirley Manson.
Du Blonde wrote of the track on Instagram, "The juicy burp is just for you. It’s about being trapped by certain mental health issues and accepting that as part of your being, coming to terms with the fact this will inevitably affect your relationships and being ok with that in the knowledge that someone somewhere will eventually be ok with who you are. ONE WEEK until Homecoming is released, and I might have one more surprise for you before then! Go listen to "Pull The Plug" now!!"
Homecoming will follow Du Blonde's 2019 album Lung Bread For Daddy, and is engineered, produced and self released by Du Blonde, and was written and recorded between LA, London and Newcastle.
