Drake is giving out free candles for Mother's Day in Canada and the US
Drake has teamed up with food delivery companies to give out free candles from his Better World Fragrance House line this weekend to celebrate Mother's Day in Canada and the US.
Drake announced his Better World Fragrance House candles on socials this week, which will drop on Sunday (Mother's Day in the US and Canada) with five scents - Carby Musk (which apparently smells like Drake), Williamsburg Sleepover, Sweeter Tings, Good Thoughts and Muskoka.
To celebrate Mother's Day, Drake has teamed up with Uber Eats in Canada (according to HotNewHipHop) and with Postmates in the US (via Page Six) to give out free candles with orders from his favourite restaurants that are over $50.
As HotNewHipHop notes, Drake has listed numerous restaurants in Toronto and Vancouver that the free candle promo applies to, including Shoushin, Pai, Bar Koukla, Cactus Club Cafe, and Medina Cafe, West Oak, MeeT in Gastown, The Greek by Anatoli and more in Vancouver.
Page Six reports that the free candle gift is applicable to certain restaurants on the East coast (NYC) and West coast (LA). The NYC restaurants are STK Downtown (and Midtown), Tao Uptown (and Midtown), Lavo and Nobu Fifty Seven, while the West coast restaurants involved are Nice Guy, Craig’s, BOA Steakhouse West Hollywood, Blue Ribbon Sushi and Nobu (LA & Malibu).
Apparently the Carby Musk scent, which reportedly smells like Drake, isn't involved in the promotion.
