Drake confirms Certified Lover Boy album is dropping on Friday
Drake has finally confirmed news that his Certified Lover Boy album is dropping on Friday (3 September).
At midday today (30 August), Drake confirmed reports that his long-awaited Certified Lover Boy album is in fact landing on Friday (3 September).
His confirmation comes days after he "hacked" ESPN's SportsCenter with a glitchy clip featuring a banner that read: "CLB September 3".

Certified Lover Boy, Drake's follow-up to 2018's Scorpion, was originally due for release in January, but Drake delayed the release so he could focus on recovering from surgery.
Although the album has been delayed for months, he did deliver Scary Hours 2 EP in March, and has since collaborated with Smiley, Brent Faiyaz, Migos and more.
