Douglas Dare unveils heartfelt new single "The Joy In Sarah’s Eyes"
Douglas Dare is back with "The Joy In Sarah’s Eyes", the second single to be shared from his upcoming third album Milkteeth.
The new single arrives after November 2019's lead single "Silly Games", and sees the multi-instrumentalist use an autoharp.
Speaking about the new offering, Douglas Dare explains, "I realise now that Sarah is the child in me; she is the innocent and pure joy that we all have as children that often is lost with age. Remembering this joy and keeping it with you can literally keep you alive, keep you vital."
Milkteeth will follow on from his 2016 second album Aforger.
His new LP is produced by Tunng/LUMP's Mike Lindsay, and was recorded in his home studio in Margate in just 12 days.
