Donald Glover working on new music inspired by the city of London
Donald Glover, aka Childish Gambino, has revealed that he's working on new music inspired by the city of London.
Speaking to BBC Radio 1's Clara Amfo, Glover said that he's got the ball rolling on some new sounds: "I've been working on that here [in London]. You guys have been very instrumental in my music. London has been very inspirational."
Back in June Glover told a crowd in NYC that he was only doing one more Childish Gambino record - although a retirement is planned, it might not be any time soon, with Glover telling Amfo that "you still have a lot more time of calling me [Childish Gambino], if you want...”
Glover's latest Gambino release, "Awaken, My Love!", was released in December 2016.
Aside from music, Glover has major projects in the world of TV and film - his acclaimed series Atlanta is due for a second season, and he has big roles in new Star Wars and Lion King movies.
