Dominic Fike previews highly-anticipated debut album with first single "Chicken Tenders"
Dominic Fike has released his new single "Chicken Tenders", which is also a first taster of his highly-anticipated debut album that's yet to be announced.
Earlier this month, Fike delayed the release of "Chicken Tenders" due to the Black Lives Matter protests, and shared a powerful essay of his experience with the police.
Today (26 June), he's released his new single in full, and it's also a first glimpse of his forthcoming debut album. "Chicken Tenders" also arrives with a surreal video directed by Jack Begert.
Fike's last collection of tracks was his B-sides EP that dropped in December 2019.
Last weekend, Fike uploaded a new video titled IN-FOCUS, which sees him answering questions from BROCKHAMPTON's Kevin Abstract. In the video, Fike is asked how long he spent writing his forthcoming debut LP, to which he replies, "two years, three years. Two-and-a-half."
