It was hard to believe but we really wanted it to be true. But no, DJ Khaled did not really propose to Nicki Minaj over the weekend. Neither did she slap a restraining order on him as previously thought. No, instead it was merely a PR stunt.
The stunt was to pre-empt this new track from DJ Khaled, ‘I Wanna Be With You’, featuring Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross and Future. You can listen to that below, via Funkmaster Flex.
‘I Wanna Be With You’ is lifted from Khaled’s forthcoming album, Suffering From Success, out 17 September via Def Jam.
