Dizzy announce new EP with cover of Talking Heads' "This Must Be The Place"
Dizzy are back with news of their upcoming Basement Covers EP, and have shared their version of Talking Heads' "This Must Be The Place" as the lead single.
"This Must Be The Place" is Dizzy's first new outing since releasing their second album The Sun And Her Scorch in July.
Lead vocalist Katie Munshaw says of their Talking Heads cover, ""This Must Be The Place" took on a new meaning once quarantine hit. We chose to cover it because it seemed like the perfect push and pull between being on the road and missing home and missing being on tour with your band while being stuck in quarantine."
The other three tracks on the EP will see Dizzy cover The National, Britney Spears and Sylvan Esso. Dizzy previously shared their Talking Heads and Sylvan Esso covers on YouTube.
