Devon Welsh announces second solo record True Love
Devon Welsh, the ex-Magical Cloudz vocalist, has announced his second solo LP True Love.
The announcement of his second record arrives after last month's paino ballad "Faces".
I am very happy to announce that I will be releasing a new record called True Love on October 11th, self-released or through my "label" You Are Accepted. It's about many different aspects of love -- I made it over the last year mostly on my own but with some help from my friends! pic.twitter.com/j74mYBVFQq

According to Pitchfork, Welsh said of his new album, "As you get older, love becomes so much stranger than the childhood fantasy versions of yearning and desire. Romance can be such a scary thing because there’s so much trust involved—sitting with uncertainties and reservations, taking a longer look at emotions, trying to understand them. But there’s a deepening of love, which is the energy that holds people together."
True Love will follow on from Welsh's 2018 debut solo album Dream Songs.
