Deb Never returns with new song "Someone Else"
BROCKHAMPTON collaborator Deb Never has returned with her first single of 2021, "Someone Else".
The heartfelt new single marks Deb Never's first outing since featuring on Lava La Rue's "Angel" in November 2020, and follows her quarantine Intermission EP that landed in May last year.
"Someone Else" is the first taster of Deb Never's new material written in London during the COVID-19 pandemic. She booked a one-way ticket to the city in the hope of finding new inspiration, resulting in Deb Never moving in with longtime collaborator Michael Percy.
Deb Never's new song is produced by Percy and Jam City (Kelela, Bad Gyal, Troye Sivan).
Although "Someone Else" is Deb Nnever's first outing of 2021, she will feature on slowthai's TYRON album track "push", which will be released next month.
