Death Grips to support Nine Inch Nails and Soundgarden on joint tour
Nine Inch Nails and Soundgarden have announced details of a forthcoming co-headline tour, with noise-rap outfit Death Grips confirmed as the support act for the stint.
Death Grips will open for the two acts, each marking the 20th anniversary of classic albums The Downward Spiral and Superunknown respectively, on a series of North American dates during July and August.
The news may come as a surprise, given that Trent Reznor has publicly criticised both Soundgarden and frontman Chris Cornell in the past. That, however, seems to have been laid to rest.
