Death From Above 1979 announce new album The Physical World

Death From Above 1979 have confirmed that their new album The Physical World will be released in September.
The follow up to their debut record You’re A Woman, I’m A Machine, The Physical World will be Jesse F Keeler and Sebastien Grainger’s second full length outing and their first in 10 years.
A US release date of 9 September via Last Gang Records has been confirmed, with UK details still to come.
Speaking exclusive to NME the pair revealed the record has been produced by Noel Gallagher/Oasis producer Dave Sardy and described one track on the forthcoming album as being like “Springsteen meets Sonic Youth”.
