Death Cab For Cutie to perform 'Transatlanticism' in full at Seattle festival
Following Ben Gibbard’s recent embarking on the 10th anniversary Postal Service tour, it seems like his nostalgia isn’t stopping there, as he’s set to perform 2003 album Transatlanticism in full with his “main” band Death Cab For Cutie.
The indie rock band have just been confirmed for this year’s Bumbershoot festival in Seattle, running through the classic release from start to finish, all the way from ‘The New Year’ to ‘A Lack of Color’ via ‘Tiny Vessels’ and ‘Passenger Seat’.
Also scheduled for the festival are the likes of Deerhunter, Kendrick Lamar, Alt-J and MGMT. Tickets and info for the event, which runs between 31 August – 2 September, can be found here.
