Day Wave return with new cut "Still Let You Down"
Oakland's Day Wave return with playful lo-fi offering "Still Let You Down".
Having been keeping a low profile since their 2017 debut album release The Days We Had, the Oakland outfit Day Wave have made their return with a UV-drenched, hazy track "Still Let You Down".
Jackson Phillips, Day Wave's vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, wrote the track himself, and co-produced the song with Isom Innis (Foster The People).
Day Wave toured last year with The Shins and Spoon, the group still have a couple of festivals, but have new dates in the pipeline to come soon. Find out more.
While they hold details of their forthcoming project close to their chests, Day Wave are certainly gearing up to make a musical return, with "Still Let You Down" being the first to arrive.
