Following their collaborative LP release last year, David Byrne & St Vincent have joined forces once again for this new EP – made available online as a free download.
The Brass Tactics EP features ‘Cissus’ as its lead, an unreleased b-side from the recordings of Love This Giant, and is backed by remixes of two cuts that made it onto the album (‘I Should Watch TV’ and ‘Lightning’). Also included are live versions of St Vincent’s ‘Marrow’ and Talking Heads number ‘Road To Nowhere’.
The full tracklist is as below:
1 Cissus
2 I Should Watch TV (M. Stine Remix)
3 Lightning (Kent Rockafeller Remix)
4 Marrow (Live)
5 Road to Nowhere (Live)
