David Bowie could be set to tour, says wife
Following producer Tony Visconti’s dismissive claims that David Bowie will never tour again and his guitarist calling it a “50/50″ chance, Bowie’s own wife has added fuel to the internet rumour flames by hinting that some sort of tour could be on the cards.
Speaking to Grazia recently, Iman Abdulmajid let slip a few words that could be quite telling. She told the mag:
“We have a 12 year old in school, so we are stuck, we can’t travel. Our schedule is around her, so I don’t know. We’ll have to go visit him, but we won’t be on tour with him because she’s in school.”
New album The Next Day came out this week via Columbia Records. Read our review of it here.
