Daughter reveal "Numbers", the second part of their Not To Disappear video trilogy
Daughter have revealed another taste of upcoming sophomore record Not To Disappear; it's called "Numbers".
It also forms the second instalment of their film trilogy, also titled Not To Disappear.
Speaking about the trilogy, film makers Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard (directors of the Nick Cave film 20,000 Days On Earth) say: "We love this band and have worked with them since their first video. From their early demos coming out of the studio it was obvious they were setting the bar exceptionally high with the new album. So we wanted to take an ambitious approach to the videos, starting by commissioning three short stories by one of our favourite emerging authors, Stuart Evers. Then we adapted these into a trilogy of interwoven films, all shot on the Kent coast in one shoot. A different actor leads each one: Richard Syms, Natasha O'Keefe, and Marama Corlett. Plus there's some sly references to Daughter's past for the eagle-eyed."
Not To Disappear will be released by 4AD on 15 January 2016. It follows 2013's If You Leave.
