Detroit’s own Danny Brown is probably one of the most unconventional rappers around right now. So it’s not surprising, then, that he’s threatened to follow in the footsteps of Death Grips, Wiley and more by threatening to leak his highly anticipated album Old.
The 32 year old has sent a stark message to his label Fool’s Gold (owned by A-Trak and Nick Catchdubs) with talk of a possible leak via Twitter.
Brown wrote:
“Man #OLD fuck around and never come out … Smh. I’m a fuck around and leak that shit myself if n***as don’t get it together”
Since then, Brown has seemed to back down a little, telling fans they can expect Old to be dropping in October.
