Cut Ribbons announce new EP Sail, listen to lead track "Walking On Wires"
Set for release 20 October, Cut Ribbons are set to unveil Sail, ahead of their debut LP release early 2015 on Kissability. The EP is produced by Rocky O’Reilly and Jeremy Murphy, with the Llanelli five-piece continuing their indie-pop onslaught fresh from their tour with Thumpers.
Aled Rees, lead singer (one of them, anyway), explains the release: “Sail was written in our studio in Llanelli and it has some lighter shades than our previous work. “Walking On Wires” is a song that we have had, in one form or another, for quite a while, and has always remained fun to play live, now we are stopping greedily keeping it to ourselves, and are unleashing it.”
