Cults return with new single "Offering" and details of their first album since 2013
Following a parade of Instagram teasers, Cults have announced new record Offering and shared the lead single/title track.
The 11-track record is Cults' first since 2013's Static, and sees the NYC-based duo joining forces with new label Sinderlyn (Sleigh Bells, Cymbals Eat Guitar).
"We had been working on a lot of songs for a long time and when this one came together it felt like a release," Cults say of the new single. "We were trying to make a jam about finding hope in what can seem like a hopeless situation. It's hard these days to feel like you're being heard, or like the people who might hear you care enough to look outside themselves and help you... in stressful moments we think its important to focus on the people who have helped you out and are there for you. Every cool thing that ever happened started with just a few close people in a room together."
Cults have also announced a new North American tour that begins in October - find out more.
